Can you believe how quickly 2014 flew by?! As fast and fabulous as it was, I’m ready for a fresh start. 2014 was pretty good to me, but I know that 2015 is going to be one of the best years yet! Over the next week, I’ll be sharing a few of my goals and resolutions on the blog. So stay tuned for that! Today, however, I want to share the challenge that I’ll be taking part in throughout the whole month of January — the Birchbox 31-Day Challenge.
Over the next 30 days, I’ll be partaking in one challenge per day. Easy, right? Each day, there will be one fitness, beauty, nutrition, or wellness challenge to help make 2015 the best year yet. Think smoothies for breakfast, swapping tv for a book, tricep-toning arm workouts, energizing yoga poses, face masks, tricks to improve sleep, and more!
I think it’s going to be a ton of fun! A lot of times, resolutions can be quite broad and hard to successfully measure progress. I’m a total “list person” so checking off a little daily challenge will be nice and gratifying! Each to-do is seemingly easy, but I have a feeling that making these small tweaks daily will really help to start the year off on the right track! (And hopefully create a few lasting habits, too!)
