Spring Staple: The Camel Cardigan

I’ve worn this camel cardigan so many times over the last few weeks (going through a major cardigan kick right now, more on that below!) and I keep getting so many questions about it when I’m wearing it on Snapchat… You guys, it’s from OLD NAVY! Looks so much more luxe, right?! Sadly, I picked it up this past August and it’s no longer available. But from what most of you are explaining, finding a good camel cardigan is harder than it seems. So I found a lot of similar options for you, at all sorts of price points! Thank me later.

Over the last few years, I’ve been majorly not into cardigans. At least on me! But I finally figured out what it was about them… I hate the buttons. When I’m wearing a cardigan, I never plan on buttoning it and I feel like most of the time the buttons mess with the vibe of the outfit. You know what I mean? But once I picked up a few open-front cardigans (sans buttons), I’ve been hooked! I’ve also realize that a longer length helps to make the look a bit more clean on me, instead of volume in the areas I don’t want it.

Open-front cardigans so versatile for this time of year… An extra layer that’s easy to remove is essential for the wishy-washy spring seasons of the midwest and the northeast! I love how they’re a bit more casual than a blazer, but easier to dress up than a jean jacket. And so comfy, too!
