Remember when Black Friday and Cyber Monday were both, well, days? Here I am kicking off ‘Cyber Week’ the week leading up to Cyber Monday, but I’ve already seen sales and deals happening for the last two weeks. Kind of nuts and absolutely overwhelming! But I’m here to cut through the noise and boil down what you need to know.

My Top Tip for Shopping Cyber Week Sales
In order to ease the sales overload, I always make myself a list. (Contain your shock.) But it honestly helps SO MUCH! First, write out a list of the friends and family you need to get gifts for, and then consider all of the other gifts you need to grab (teachers, delivery drivers, doormen, holiday party hosts, etc). After that, make a quick list of things you’re hoping to buy for yourself and/or your family. Think of things you’re going to need to buy over the next month or two so you can hopefully save some money on those items. Because that’s the whole point, right? It might look a little something like this… Cute PJs for NYE party, daughter’s new basketball shoes, garland for staircase, dress for office holiday dinner, sheets for guest bedroom, etc.
Keep this list on the notes on your phone/computer so you can refer back to it! It will become your BFF to stay on track and not overspend on things you don’t really need. Trust me! Or even try it and report back. It helps me stay focused and not get distracted by all of the pretty, shiny things on the internet, and I have a good feeling it will work for you, too!
