Friday Finds || Vol. 4, Week 36

Fashion blogger wearing tan wide leg jumpsuit at Bask & Stow in Byron Bay Australia

Happy Friday, friends! Since it’s been a few weeks and we’re heading into a holiday weekend, I’m going to leave you a very long list of finds. I have a little bit of work over the weekend, but I’m majorly looking forward to some low key lounge time and soaking up some of that summer sun! A few friends and I rented a sailboat on Sunday afternoon, so praying the weather is nice for that. I’m also dog-sitting for one of my friends so I’m got a handsome Golden Retriever to keep me company all weekend, too!

Here are some of my favorite finds from the past few weeks…

STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING RIGHT NOW AND GO BROWSE H&M! I’m serious. I don’t know what happened over there, but everything is cute and everything is SO INEXPENSIVE. Have I just been sleeping on H&M this whole time?! I swear I’ve looked there before, but I was legitimately blown away when I was shopping. I ordered quite the little haul, so I’ll report back once I receive. and are both live! 🥳

I applied to be a poll worker in Chicago for the election in November! I figured I’d pass along the link if you’re not at high-risk for COVID-19 complications and feel comfortable doing so. Email me if you have any specific questions, but I applied to be an “Election Judge,” which sounds more intense than it is. From my understanding, it’s setting up the polls, making sure things run smoothly on election day, and reporting totals. FYI: You can select if you’d like to stay in your own precinct, or if you have a car and would be willing to travel to other precincts. I just applied this week, so I’m not sure if I’ll even be accepted, but I’ll keep you posted!

This is kind of random, and it’s for sure not a dis on Amazon, I’m a proud Prime member! But recently, I’ve randomly double-checked prices on things and have found better prices on with free 2-day or even next day shipping. I think we’re all so used to just opening the Amazon app and ordering what we need, but especially in these uncertain times, it can’t hurt to shop around!

A styling client recently asked me “Are the Golden Goose sneakers worth it?” To be fair, I have a pair, and I absolutely love them. But my honest response was, “No sneaker is worth $500.” (And some styles are closer to $600!) If you’ve got room in your shopping budget and want to splurge, they absolutely make any outfit look a little cooler. But I found this brand on DSW that has a lot of similar styles! Some are a little too close for my comfort (definitely not about fake anything!), but nonetheless a lot of cute styles around $100.

But my ~*FaVoRiTe*~ sneakers I’ve found for fall are all from this brand! I’m obsessed. They’re obviously Golden Goose-inspired, but I like how they’re not trying to be knockoffs. I have this black glitter pair and this leopard pair in my cart (do I really need two more pairs of sneakers?!), but sharing a few more styles I love below!

I’m eyeing these fun sneakers, too!

Absolutely in love with these rainbow MZ Wallace metro totes! (Medium + Mini)

All of these Le Nine bags are on sale!! 🙀

Taco Bell is discontinuing Mexican Pizzas and I want to cry. Par for the course in 2020, amIrite?! I’ll be ordering this weekend as one of the first final times before November 5th!

One of my favorite brands, Farm Rio, is having an EPIC sale! A bunch of markdowns, and then up to 30% off taken at checkout!

Loving all of these new workout sets!
