It’s that time of year again… The twice-annual Shopbop Sale! (Where you can save up to 25% on full-priced items!) It feels like the fall sale in September was literally last week, but here we are, six months later. Time flies!
This time of year, I gravitate towards shopping for vacation-ready essentials and items to start updating my spring/summer wardrobe. For the last month or so, I feel like I wasn’t finding anything that I liked for spring, but lo and behold, the last week has had me like 🤩🤩🤩. I was like uhhhh, what am I going to be wearing this season?? So many good new arrivals now though! Praised be.
Oh, and my September list of the five items I have and would recommend buying still holds true.ย If you haven’t ordered these jeans yet (I still wear mine multiple times a week!), now’s the time because they’re re-stocked in every size!
As you can see from what I ordered in the fall, I got a few key pieces (on sale!) that I styled lots of different ways over the winter. These booties, these earrings, this dress… Versatile items that were (and still are!) seasonal staples.ย BUT I just found out yesterday that I may be moving a few months ahead of when I planned to, which is SO EXCITING, but unfortunately I will not be ordering anything from the sale this time around, as I need to save my monies. Isn’t adulting fun?!? 😂
My FOMO nature keeps taking over and being like, “You have to take advantage of this sale!! So many cute things in your cart that you kind of need… What the heck else are you going to wear this spring?!” But I just keep reminding myself that I’ll be able to pick up some new things once the dust settles in a few weeks. So a word to the wise if you also need to hear it — don’t stretch yourself thin if shopping isn’t in the budget right this minute! 😘
