When I spotted these gingham sneakers in Paris, I couldn’t pass them up! They’re technically black and white, but they almost look navy… Blavy, maybe? 😂 I’ve been wearing them on repeat and get SO many compliments on them… an older man at the grocery store, a woman waiting for a walk signal on the sidewalk, shop employees… I kid you not. Apparently we all love gingham sneakers! I’ve worn them a bunch with boyfriend jeans and these eyelet shorts, but they work with regular blue or white denim, too.
Belmont Harbor is one of my favorite places to wander in the summertime in Chicago… You can’t beat the boats and the city skyline views! Pack a picnic, bring the dogs, or even just chill out with a good book… There are plenty of grassy areas and lots of spots along the lakefront paths, too!
