Winter Outfit: Sweater Dress + OTK Boots

I spotted this layered sweater dress in Hong Kong and knew I had to have it! It’s actually two pieces and I think it looks so much more expensive than it is. I can’t remember exactly how much I paid for it, but I want to say it was under $70 USD. I bought it at Collect Point, which is actually a Japanese store that’s similar to an H&M meets Muji meets Uniqlo. I can’t find a website, but definitely look it up if you’re ever in Hong Kong! We went to the store in World Trade Centre mall in the Causeway Bay area of Hong Kong, which is known for lots and lots of shopping.

The layered dress underneath is long-sleeved and full removable, so it’s extra warm for right now, but I could wear the grey sweater dress with something else underneath if I wanted to! (Probably not with anything thinner than leggings, though… Thinkg it might get kind of short on the sides… 🙈)

A layered sweater dress like this is great now with over-the-knee boots or tights and booties. Come spring and warmer temperatures, it will look just as cute with a fun pair of slides.

I think this look is great for going from day to night! As long as your hem line is long enough, it should work for the office. You could always wear a pair of tights and flats or ankle booties if you feel like OTK boots aren’t appropriate in your office! But it’s a cute (warm!) look for after-work drinks or dinner, too.
