Have you tried the whole hair-tucked-into-your-turtleneck thing yet? I wear turtlenecks regularly so I’m quite surprised I didn’t try it sooner. I love how it’s slightly disheveled and a little bit under-the-radar, especially when you’re wearing a floppy hat. What bad hair day?! 😉 I got this hat at Express last winter, but here are a few similar options that are available now…
Isn’t it kind of crazy how different this outfit and this outfit are? I’m wearing the same turtleneck and the exact same jeans, but the final looks are so drastically different. Just goes to show, it’s all in the accessories! I swapped my bags and hats, ditched the scarf, and opted for a sleeker pair of boots for a more chic city look.
I’ve been wearing over-the-knee boots with everything lately… from dresses, to skirts, to tights, to jeans, and probably a few other things, too. They seriously elongate your legs and add an extra layer of warmth, too! I have a black heeled pair, but I love the ease of this flat pair, too. I’ve rounded up a few options at every price point, almost all of which are on sale, too!
If you haven’t noticed by now, I wear this turtleneck sweater constantly. It was an Old Navy find from a few months ago and sadly, it’s sold out now. I love the marled grey color, it pairs so perfectly with an all-black outfit without looking too drab. I also love it paired with all shades of grey (remember this outfit?) and white denim, too! I’ve found a few similar styles that are in-stock below…

Love your outfit! I honestly never thought leaving your hair tucked in was a “thing,” I’d just do it to keep my neck warm until my car heated up in the morning 😛

I absolutely love tucking my hair into turtlenecks — so chic (and secretly adds warmth in the cold).
Love this look!

You fooled me! I thought you had cut your hair into a bob! But your outfit really does look different. It’s crazy crazy how accessories can make a major impact!
