I’m currently in Paris and studying the art of being Parisian with a majorย magnifying glass. There will be way more on this to come as it’s truly been a life-changing trip and experience, but right now I will tell you thisย — Parisian women are absolutely effortless. What does that mean, exactly? Parisian women have an aura about them that leads you to believe that they don’t try too hard, they’re more confident and accepting of themselves, and they certainly know how to keep it classic!
In my eyes, there’s nothing more classic than a crisp white shirt (the bow-tie is an added bonus!), a pair of dark rinse jeans, a bold red lip, and a pair of leopard pumps. What’s your classic combo?!

Beautiful! I found similar sentiments true of other European women when we visited Belgium this summer. Staying true to oneself isn’t something Americans embrace, but I’ve been trying with a simpler wardrobe of dresses and pointy flats (my favorites).
