A few friends and I did the Climb to the Top at Rockefeller Center yesterday! It was so much shorter than I was anticipating… only 17 minutes. And believe me, I was walking! We got to Rockefeller Center at 6am, lined up at 7:20, and started the climb around 7:45. By 8am, we were at the top taking in the early morning views of Manhattan.
I want to say THANK YOU to everyone that helped support The National MS Society through my Climb to the Top page! Each participant was only required to raise $250, but I was able to beat my goal of $1,000! I can’t thank you enough.
I also want to say thank you to the Landgren Family Foundation who made a generous $5,000 donation to the National MS Society in my mom’s name. I cannot put my appreciation into words!
We wandered over to Norma’s after the climb for some much needed breakfast. (I don’t think you can call it brunch at 8:30 am..)
Eggs Benny all around! And we may or may not have gotten the Caramel Crunchy French Toast to split… 😉
What an amazing thing you did for your mom & for all those who are suffering from this disease. Very inspiring & a good reminder that we can all make a difference!
Congrats, Jessica!! Way to surpass your fundraising goal…but not surprised! 🙂 Great tribute to Mother T & all who are afflicted by MS! Kudos to you & all who joined you in your efforts! 🙂
Congrats on achieving your goals! I can’t believe it only took 17 minutes to climb to the top! I’m sure your mother is beyond proud. 🙂

Great job Jessica! You should be very proud! 🙂
This was such a great post. My best friend has MS, so it warms my heart whenever I see people doing something like this for the cause. Go you! 🙂 Hope to see you at the walk in the spring 🙂

I give you a lot of credit; a bunch of people at my work climbed to the top of the John Hancock Tower in Boston this weekend to benefit MS and that’s a lot of stairs! I’ve recently been diagnosed with MS and I have a great appreciation for what research has done for this disease. None of that would be possible without the generous support of all who donate so thanks!
awww, congrats girl! your momma must be so proud.
