It’s not a surprise that vintage jewelry is one of my favorite things to shop for! My favorite way to make a look my own is by adding accessories and bold, statement jewelry. I love the “treasure hunt” of vintage shopping. One of my twisted gold bangles that I wear almost everyday was $1.50 at Randolph Street Market earlier this summer. (post here!) With that being said, I was SO EXCITED to get an invitation to attend the Modern Vintage Chicago preview this Friday.
Randolph Street Markets’s Modern Vintage Chicago’s Fall Fashion and Jewelry Explosion is THIS WEEKEND — October 22nd and 23rd. Vintage dealers from NYC, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Texas, along with local dealers such as J. Brett Benson and Silver Moon, will feature men’s and women’s clothing, estate and costume jewelry, handbags, shoes, hats, belts, scarves, vanities, textiles, vintage fashion magazines, patterns, and notions from the Mid-Century, Art Deco, Art Nouveau and Victorian, and ‘60s & ‘70s eras. If you’re in Chicago, you must attend this weekend!
I will be getting a sneak peak of all of the absolutely fabulous vintage clothing, jewelry, and accessories this Friday! I’m not able to attend the actual festivities on Saturday, but I’ll be coming back to shop the market on Sunday, October 23rd.
