After the Birchbox Breakfast came the Kerastase + Birchbox event at Maxine Salon! Hallie and I headed over to get our hair braided, sip champagne, and mingle with fellow Chicago bloggers. When the braiding extravaganza came to an end, a few of us headed to Zella to grab some drinks in their amazing beer garden! (If you haven’t been, you must go on a nice night!)
I guess you could say I’m late to the game with these Zara sandals. Every blogger and their mom have this shoe, but the $50 price tag reeled me in.

I spent majority of my day with Laurie from Product Girl! One of the best things about blogger get-togethers is finally getting to meet your Twitter friends in real life!

How do Zara clothes fit? Like do they run big, small, average? There are no stores around where I live so it's not like I can go and try stuff on.
Hmmm, I’d say they run a tad bit small. I usually grab a Medium in Zara clothing, but I am generally a S/M. Hope this helps! Maybe try a quick Google search to see what other people say, too.

Thank you! Out of my extensive jewelry collection, I didn’t have the necklace I was looking for to go with this outfit. Luckily, my roommate came to the rescue. She scored this Buried Bauble on BaubleBar for $10! I fell in love with the necklace while I was wearing it and got a ton of compliments on it, so I decided to purchase it the second I got home that evening. I, sadly, didn’t get the deep discount and had to pay the $28.
