I made hummus from scratch last week, and it couldn’t have been easier! And it was shockingly delicious for being so simple. I honestly doubt I’ll ever buy pre-made hummus at the store again!
I used my Blendtec blender, but it’s probably even easier with a food processor.
I simply used one can of garbanzo beans, olive oil, fresh minced garlic, and habanero salt.
I’ve heard you can swap out the olive oil and use lemon juice and a bit of tahini instead, too!
