Happy Monday, my friends! If you’re new here, What I Wore Last Week is a weekly series posted on Mondays featuring almost all of the outfits I wore last week. PS: On Monday nights, Margeaux does a prix fixe menu, “Mondays at Margeaux,” that includes an appetizer, entree, and dessert for $35. (The menu rotates each week!) Half-price bottles of wine, too! Great for dates or a weekday catch-up with girlfriends.

What is Daybreaker?! OMG, FUNNEST MORNING EVER. We kicked off the morning with a 5:30am rooftop yoga session and then a silent disco dance party from 6:30-8:30am. We both agreed we were in the highest spirits all day long… I wish every day could start dancing on a rooptop with epic skyline views! We kept our yoga clothes on for the dance party, but people bring fun outfits to go with the theme and change in between when they’re serving coffee and snacks. (Daybreaker happens all over the world so be sure to check it out if it’s up your alley!)

Forgot to snap a pic, but I wore this exact outfit with my Jack Rogers instead because these Soludos sandals are mysteriously MIA.

Friday, June 15th  |  Spent majority of the day in the car (read about that here!) and then got pizza with my dad when I finally got to my hometown. I was simply wearing a loose sweater, these jean shorts (they’re my favorites!), and my Kim & Zozi glitter sneaks.

During the day, I went truck shopping with my dad when the heat index was about 105 so it was a day of this tee, these shorts, and these sandals. I put on something equally a comfortable, but a little bit more put together for ice cream and then dinner at Texas Roadhouse! (Yes, in that order.)

Father’s Day was such a fun day that left my heart feeling very full! I attended my 5-year-old niece’s “Little Miss” pageant at the Sangamon County Fair, spent some time with my Grandmother, got some QT in with my brother, and even went out on the cattle farm with my dad, haha. I didn’t leave central IL until about 9:30pm so I didn’t sit down at my desk to start this post until about 1:30am. (And it’s currently 3:30…) It’s going to be a sleepy Monday, but well worth it!
