Christmas came early this year, or so it seemed like! Hallie, Carly, Mackenzie and I got dressed up in our holiday finest from Vineyard Vines and had a little party with Matchbook Magazine at The Union Club in New York! More on that below…
Hallie & I got re-dressed up in our outfits this past weekend to take some festive photos by the Christmas Tree at The Palace Hotel. It actually started to snow as we were taking the photos so the scene was perfect! Add seeing this tree to your New York Holiday Bucket List.
You can check out the full Matchbook feature here, but I’ve included some of my favorite shots below. Thinking back to this night makes me laugh.. We all had the best time! Cocktails, cute boys, champagne, way too many mashed potatoes (there is photo evidence below), and lots of plaid. Honestly, what more could you ask for to kick off the holiday season?! Vineyard Vines sure knows how to throw a stylish little soiree! #EDSFTG, am I right?
Having a penchant for anything preppy and East Coast, I’ve always loved Vineyard Vines. But I was even more impressed with the brand when I got a peek at their holiday collection. [insert heart eyes emoji here] From festive dresses and skirts, to the greatest plaid shirts, to silk embroidered tops, and the cutest winter sweaters, everything feels so… elevated. VV has always had some of the best-fitting collared shirts around, but I wouldn’t have thought to go to their store when shopping for a holiday party or New Years Eve. I now stand corrected! I’ve got this dress, this dress, and this dress on my wish list. I actually went on a hunt for this skirt yesterday and one of the sweet Vineyard Vines employees finally found one for me at the Greenwich, CT store. Looks like VV checks off the “excellent customer service” box, too. 😉
