The majority of my Monday was spent driving through Illinois so I chose a super comfy outfit. This top is essentially a sweatshirt, but looks a tad bit more dressed-up.
I spent the morning at my parents house… drove to Champaign to get my hair done… then drove back to Chicago. I am in love with the girl who does my hair in Champaign (I started going to her a few years ago when I was at U of I) and it’s about half the price of most salons in Chicago. The price difference definitely justifies the drive, but I try to schedule my appointments around going home for a visit so it works out pretty well!
Daisy, of course, wanted to be in the pictures and she was being extra photogenic for the camera! She’s such a babe.

My mom and I had to take pictures inside because it was way too windy outside. They say Chicago is the “Windy City,” but I think it’s just as windy at my house. My parents live way out in the country with little-to-no surroundings and it gets pretty gusty!
