🚨 Denim Trend You’re Going to Want to Try! 👖

Barrel pants, balloon jeans, this style of pant has a bunch of different names. Essentially, they’re a wider leg denim that tapers in at the ankle, creating a slightly curved silhouette. No matter the name, they're a major win from me... They're wide-leg enough to be comfy and on-trend, but they still give you a bit of a *tailored* look. And dare I say actually flattering?!

It's kind of like, "Yes, youth, we see you and we aren't totally out of touch, but (respectively) we're not going to repeat the grunge thing we did in middle school and high school."

Chicago is having the most luxuriously long fall so far, the best that I can remember since I moved back from New York. Save for a few cold and rainy days, it’s mostly been warm and sunny. Trying to soak up every second of this beautiful weather 🥰

It seems like the holidays start earlier and earlier every year, and while I *am* looking forward to kicking things off, it doesn’t feel quite right just yet. Soon! Just not yet. 🎄🎁

Welp, finally feels like fall is here to stay so I’m just fully leaning into it 🍂🍁 It’s always way too fleeting (at least in Chicago!) so making time to soak it all up before these pretty leaves and ‘chilly’ temperatures are a thing of the past.

I’ve had these @sam_edelman sneakers for probably seven years (where does the time go?? 👵🏻) and they’re still my favorites for fall. 🤎 Linked a tonnnn of similar suede with shearling sneakers (and matching teddy coats 🧸) on my @shop.LTK page — I’m JessicaSturdy over there.
