Guest Post: Kristina from Sucker for Sequins

by Jessica Sturdy on July 6, 2012

Happy Friday! Yesterday Hitha shared her favorite NYC spots, but Kristina is taking the reins today. Kristina writes the blog Sucker for Sequins. It’s not a mystery what we initially bonded over! :)
One of the most rewarding aspects of blogging is the fact that I get to meet so many wonderful, driven and fashionable women from all across the country, whom I would have never had the chance to meet otherwise.  I found Jessica on Twitter because of her shared love of sequins and I was fortunate enough to meet her this past February at the IFB Conference.  Needless to say, we hit it off immediately and I was ecstatic when Jessica told me she was moving to NYC!  When she asked me to write a guest post while she was tied up with the big move, I thought – what a great chance to share some “real New Yorker” spots with her while also providing her readers with some places that are kind of off the beaten path in NYC! I hope Jess doesn’t break the bank by checking out all of these places in her first week and if you get to check them out if you ever visit the Big Apple!
Feel free to email or tweet at me with any questions! Find Sucker for Sequins online at suckerforsequins.com, on TwitterFacebookPinterest and Instagram.

Fabulous post! I’ll have to print this out so I can take it with me the next time I travel into NYC.
