Talk about monochromatic. Kind of went a little goth for this dressed-up look.
I bought this dress last November in NYC, but realized it still had the tags on it last week. I don’t know how many times I have set aside this dress and booties as my “backup” outfit. I figured it was time to finally wear it! I wore this outfit last Thursday to “Uncork The Cure,” an event benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. I actually ended up wearing it out for one of my best friend’s birthday parties on Saturday, too. I usually NEVER repeat outfits, especially not 2 days later, but working 8.5 hours on Saturday and having to get ready, wrap her gift, write in her card, and hop in a cab in under 10 minutes left me with few other options. Oh well, life goes on.
Do you ever wear black head-to-toe? Tell me I’m not alone. I feel like it’s the easiest way to look dressed up and put-together when you have very little time!

I very often wear all black, and even worse I’m pale with dark hair and eyes! I really like the different textures you have running through this outfit though. The suntle sparkle lifts it so much!

I am with ya! I am def a black clothes lover – I try to branch out to brown, but I almost always buy things in black – it just looks better to me! ๐ And yes black head to toe is classy! I love your leopard clutch too – leopard print and black 2 of my favorite things!

I actually love a head-to-toe black look. I think its very chic and you made it look even better by have the little pops of sparkle on the dress and shoes, and of course the leopard bag!
